Fear of Falls Workshop

Have you, or someone you know, experienced a fall? Are you feeling less nimble on your feet than you were? Our Fear of Falling Workshop is for you.

It will take place on Thursday 6^th April from 10.30am until 3pm, at The Ace Place, Ramsey.

We will be offering tips and guidance on how you can improve your strength and balance, to help you carry on doing the things you enjoy most.

There will also be advice available on how eyesight, hearing, foot health, and home environment can be factors in avoiding falling.

We will also provide a lunch, donations welcome.
